Zusammenfassung

Blue Ridge Care Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the PACE program. You will provide direct personal care in both center and home settings, support with daily living activities, meals, and medications, and help maintain safety and dignity for elderly participants.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document care, and participate in activities to promote quality of life and independence for seniors in a compassionate, mission-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must have CNA certification and CPR certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Medical clearance and required immunizations prior to participant contact.
• Minimum of one year experience with frail, elderly, or geriatric populations.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct personal care to PACE participants in center and home settings.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Support with meals and prescribed therapeutic diets.
• Assist with self-administered medications as directed.
• Document care and monitor health changes for timely reporting to nursing staff.
• Engage participants in recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Maintain participant dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
