Weatherly Inn in Renton is seeking full-time CNAs for the morning shift (6:30am-2:30pm) with a 4-on/2-off rotation to deliver compassionate senior care in our assisted living community. You will work with nursing staff to implement care plans, assist with daily living activities, and maintain a warm, safe environment while documenting vitals and communicating changes to the supervisor.

Formación

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Current Washington State CNA or Home Care Aide license.
• 1st Aid/CPR certification within 14 days of hire.
• Dementia and Mental Health Training within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to read, write, hear, speak and understand English.
• Gentle, caring demeanor with a reliable, teachable, collaborative attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care per resident care plans.
• Assist residents with ADLs: grooming, toileting, dressing, bathing, and meals escort.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, home-like environment.
• Document vital signs accurately.
• Report changes in a resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed or directed.

Weatherly Inn is seeking full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at our beautiful assisted living community in Renton. This position is for our Morning shift (6:30am-2:30pm) with a 4-on/2-off rotation. We are looking for dedicated, compassionate individuals who have a passion for serving seniors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Assist residents with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including grooming, toileting, dressing, bathing, and escorting to and from meals.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and home-like environment.
• Document vital signs accurately.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed or directed.

Qualifications & Skills

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Current Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide license.

• Ability to read, write, hear, speak, and understand English.
