Weatherly Inn in Renton, WA, is seeking full-time Certified Nursing Assistants for the evening shift (2:00pm–10:00pm) with a 4-on/2-off rotation. Join a family-owned, compassionate team dedicated to delivering excellence in senior care.

The role requires WA CNA license or Home Care Aide, GED or HS diploma, and BLS/First Aid-CPR within 14 days. Candidates should be gentle, reliable, and able to work with dignity and respect for residents.

Formación

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Current Washington State CNA license or Home Care Aide.
• First Aid/CPR certification within 14 days of hire; Dementia and Mental Health Training within 90 days.
• Ability to read, write, hear, speak, and understand English.
• Maintain confidentiality and promote dignity and respect.
• Gentle, caring demeanor; reliable, teachable, and collaborative attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care per resident care plans.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): grooming, toileting, dressing, bathing, and escorting to meals.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, home-like environment.
• Document vital signs accurately.
• Report changes in a resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed or directed.

This position is for our Evening shift (2:00pm-10:00pm) with a 4-on/2-off rotation. We are looking for dedicated, compassionate individuals who have a passion for serving seniors.

• Assist residents with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including grooming, toileting, dressing, bathing, and escorting to and from meals.
