Job summary

Frontline's Winfield Senior Living Community is hiring a Full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 6am-2pm shift. You’ll deliver compassionate daily care under RN supervision, helping with ADLs, nutrition, hydration, and comfort to residents.

You will follow individualized plans of care, respond promptly to calls, monitor skin condition, assist with rehab activities, and foster a respectful, supportive environment for residents and coworkers. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• Valid and active CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily care to residents as directed by the Charge Nurse
• Support residents with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and hydration
• Ensure individual Plans of Care are followed and updated as needed
• Promptly respond to resident calls and requests
• Monitor and report changes in skin condition or signs of pressure areas
• Assist with restorative and rehabilitative activities, as assigned
• Foster a supportive and respectful environment for residents and coworkers
