Job summary

Weatherly Inn is a family-owned senior living community recognized for memory care and resident-centered support. We seek compassionate, reliable Caregivers to assist with daily activities and follow care plans in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

You will help with grooming, mobility, meals, and maintaining a safe, clean environment while following infection control procedures and reporting changes in residents’ condition. This role includes rotating shifts and benefits.

Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma required.
• 1+ year of caregiving experience; dementia experience preferred.
• CNA preferred.
• Certifications: CPR + First Aid, Fundamentals of Caregiving, Dementia & Mental Health Training, Food Handlers.
• Gentle, caring, teachable, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with grooming, dressing, toileting, bathing, and mobility.
• Follow resident care plans and document observations accurately.
• Support residents in meals, dining, and recreational activities.
• Ensure infection control procedures and safe body mechanics.
• Assist in emergencies and provide back-up to other caregivers.
• Maintain a clean work environment and report hazards or injuries.
• Observe residents’ physical and emotional condition and report changes.
• Report suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation per protocol.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the Role
