Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu is hiring a Nurse Aide / CNA Floater to support clients across Oahu. This role is not fixed-location; you will step in where coverage is needed and may work with multiple clients each week.

The position offers part-time or full-time hours with weekly pay and flexible scheduling. Ideal for caregivers who are dependable, adaptable, and able to travel across the island to provide compassionate care.

Qualifications

Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) or CNA certification.
Completion of in-person skills training.
High availability and willingness to work multiple shifts / longer hours.
Flexible and willing to travel across Oahu.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Strong communication skills and a heart for helping others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically able to assist with lifting and mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Provide mobility support and safe transfers.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Monitor and report changes in condition.
Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and outings.
Cover open shifts, call-outs, and new client assignments across Oahu.
