Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu is seeking a Nurse Aide / CNA Floater to support clients across Oahu. This role is not fixed-location, you will work with different clients and cover open shifts as needed.

The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, and comfortable adapting to various home environments, with ability to take on multiple shifts each week and travel across the island.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) or CNA certification.
• In-person skills training completed.
• Willing to travel across Oahu and work multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Provide mobility support and safe transfers.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands
• Cover open shifts and new client assignments across Oahu
