Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu is seeking a Nurse Aide / CNA Floater to support clients across Oahu. You will work with different clients and step in where coverage is needed, providing personal care, mobility support, and companionship.

Ideal candidates are flexible, dependable, and able to adapt to various home environments, with the ability to take on multiple shifts weekly and travel across the island.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) or CNA certification is required.
• Completion of in-person skills training is required.
• High availability and willingness to work multiple shifts / longer hours.
• Flexible and willing to travel across Oahu.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Physically able to assist with lifting and mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide mobility support and safe transfers.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and outings.
