Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu is seeking a Nurse Aide / CNA Floater to support clients across Oahu. This not a fixed-location role; you will work with different clients and step in where coverage is needed.

This position is ideal for caregivers who are flexible, dependable, and comfortable adapting to different home environments, especially those looking for consistent hours and able to take on multiple shifts each week. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) or CNA certification required.
• Completion of in-person skills training required.
• Willingness to work multiple shifts and longer hours.
• Able to travel across Oahu.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and a caring attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to assist with lifting and mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide mobility support and safe transfers.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and outings.
• Cover open shifts, call-outs, and new client assignments across Oahu.
