Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking a Nurse Aide / CNA Floater to support clients across the island. This role is not fixed-location; you will work with different clients and step in where coverage is needed, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to gain experience with a variety of clients.

Ideal candidates hold Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) or CNA certification, are available for multiple shifts, and can travel across Oahu.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) or CNA certification is required.
• Completion of in-person skills training is required.
• High availability to work multiple shifts/longer hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide mobility support and safe transfers.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and outings.
• Cover open shifts and new client assignments across Oahu.
