Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking a Nurse Aide / CNA Floater to support clients across Oahu. This role offers exposure to diverse home environments and the chance to step in where coverage is needed.

The ideal candidate holds Hawaii Nurse Aide or CNA certification, is available for multiple shifts weekly, and can travel across Oahu. Weekly pay and consistent hours are provided via floater coverage.

Qualifications

Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) or CNA certification.
Completion of in-person skills training.
High availability for multiple shifts / longer hours.
Willingness to travel across Oahu.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Strong communication skills and a heart for helping others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Provide mobility support and safe transfers.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Monitor and report changes in condition.
Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and outings.
Cover open shifts, call-outs, and new client assignments across Oahu.
