Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our Float Pool across multiple IL locations. As a Float Pool member, you will provide patient care across memory care, rehab, long-term care, and more, helping residents with daily living activities while maintaining health, safety, and dignity.

We offer Full-Time and Part-Time shifts, opportunities for overtime and shift differentials, and a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification as per state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required — motivated caregivers welcome to grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, hygiene, mobility, and positioning.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to the nurse.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Document care and maintain confidentiality.
• Provide support in different units as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
