Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services is hiring for a CNA Float Pool position across multiple Illinois locations. As a CNA Float Pool member, you will provide compassionate care, assist with activities of daily living, and support residents across units as needed.

This role offers variety, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to learn in memory care, rehab, long-term care, and other units. Both full-time and part-time shifts are available, with emphasis on teamwork and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification per state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, hygiene, ambulation, and positioning.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to the nurse.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
