Allure Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our Float Pool across multiple locations in Illinois. You will provide daily resident care in memory care, rehab, long-term care, and more, gaining diverse experience and growth.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules, flexible shifts, and opportunities to earn shift differentials and overtime. Join our team to support residents with dignity and compassion in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• Current CNA certification in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required – we welcome motivated caregivers ready to grow.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, hygiene, ambulation, and positioning.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to the nurse.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Document care and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Provide support in different units as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
