Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services is seeking caregivers to join our CNA Float Pool across multiple Illinois locations, offering variety in memory care, rehab, long-term care, and more. This role provides flexibility with shifts and the potential for higher earnings through overtime and differential pay.

As a CNA Float Pool member, you will deliver compassionate daily living support, ensure health and safety, and adapt to different units to meet resident needs while upholding dignity and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required – we welcome motivated caregivers ready to grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, hygiene, ambulation, and positioning
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to the nurse
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
• Document care and maintain confidentiality
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Provide support in different units as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
