Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our Float Pool across multiple Illinois facilities. You will provide daily living support, assist with activities, and help maintain residents’ health, safety, comfort, and dignity across units.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible scheduling, shift differentials, and opportunities to grow your clinical skills in memory care, rehab, and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required – we welcome motivated caregivers ready to grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, hygiene, ambulation, and positioning
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to the nurse
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
• Document care and maintain confidentiality
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Provide support in different units as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
