Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our Float Pool across multiple Illinois locations. You will assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring health, safety, comfort, and dignity.

This role offers full-time and part-time schedules, variety across units, and opportunities for professional growth. English communication is essential, with competitive pay and supportive teams.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required – we welcome motivated caregivers ready to grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, hygiene, ambulation, and positioning
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to the nurse
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
• Document care and maintain confidentiality
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Provide support in different units as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
