Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services is seeking a CNA Float Pool member to provide compassionate care to residents across multiple units. You will assist with daily living activities while ensuring the health, safety, comfort, and dignity of every resident.

As a CNA Float Pool team member you gain experience in memory care, rehab, long-term care, and more. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time shifts, with opportunities for growth and shift differentials to enhance earnings.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required – we welcome motivated caregivers ready to grow

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, hygiene, ambulation, and positioning.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to the nurse.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Document care and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Provide support in different units as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
