Pearl Healthcare in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team for full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities. The role focuses on resident care and daily living activities, with shifts in the AM and PM.

We offer new pay rates from $19.00 to $25.50 per hour plus shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment committed to quality care.

Qualifications

• Illinois Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Certification is required.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes charge and inventory slips and monitors daily supply usage; cleans instruments and returns them after use.
• Maintain resident stability by checking vital signs and weight, recording intake and output information.
• Provide resident comfort by addressing call lights and requests; report observations to the nursing supervisor.
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Protect privacy and dignity by keeping patient information confidential; comply with HIPAA and related laws.
• Adhere to professional standards, company policies, and all applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients.
• Clinical management of patients.
