Pearl Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our care team at The Pearl of Fox River Valley in Elgin, IL. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN roles to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring safety. CNA certification in Illinois is required; CPR is preferred. We provide competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Illinois CNA Certification is required.
• CPR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes charge and inventory slips; monitors supply inventory daily.
• Maintain resident stability by checking vital signs and weight; record data.
• Provide resident comfort by answering call lights and requests; report observations to nursing supervisor.
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records.
• Protect privacy and dignity by keeping patient information confidential; follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Adhere to professional standards and company policies; comply with federal, state and local requirements.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients.
• Clinical management of patients.
