Pearl Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant to join our Rolling Meadows team. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN opportunities with new pay rates between $18.00 and $24.50 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include resident care, vital signs, documentation, and ensuring privacy and safety in accordance with HIPAA and regulations. We provide competitive benefits and a rewarding work environment.

Qualifications

• Illinois CNA certification required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes charge and inventory slips and monitors supply usage; cleans instruments and returns to proper area after use.
• Maintain resident stability by checking vital signs and weight; record intake and output information.
• Provide resident comfort by addressing call lights and requests; report observations to the nursing supervisor.
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records.
• Protect privacy and dignity by keeping patient information confidential; comply with HIPAA guidelines.
• Adhere to professional standards, company policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local requirements.
• Maintain a safe environment for the patient.
• Clinical management of the patient.

Description:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing resident care and support in all activities of daily living and ensures the health, welfare and safety of all residents.

Responsibilities:

• Completes appropriate charge and inventory slips and monitors supply inventory daily to see what is needed; cleans instruments and equipment and returns to proper area after use
• Maintain resident stability by checking vital signs and weight, recording intake and output information.
• Provide for resident comfort by utilizing resources and materials; answering call lights and requests; reporting observations of the residents to the nursing supervisor.
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
• Protect privacy and dignity by keeping patient information confidential; comply with HIPAA guidelines and related laws.
• Adhere to professional standards, company policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local requirements, including JCAHO standards, when applicable
• Maintain a safe environment for your patient.
• Clinical Management of your patient.

Shifts:

1st: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm

2nd: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

3rd: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
