Job summary

Pearl Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant to join our on-site care team in Illinois. The CNA will support residents with daily living activities, monitor vitals, and help ensure health, safety, and comfort.

Qualifications

Illinois CNA Certification is required.
CPR Certification is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

Completes charge and inventory slips; monitors supply inventory daily and cleans instruments/equipment.
Maintain resident stability by checking vital signs and tracking intake/output.
Provide resident comfort by addressing call lights/requests and reporting observations to the nursing supervisor.
Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Protect privacy and dignity by keeping patient information confidential; comply with HIPAA and related laws.
Adhere to standards, policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local requirements including JCAHO when applicable.
Maintain a safe environment for patients.
Clinical management of patients.
