Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review care plans daily and note changes.
• Inform nurse supervisor of changes for updates.
• Assist residents with daily needs and transport to appointments.
• Create a warm, patient, cheerful environment.
• Ensure rooms are ready and residents are comfortable.
• Participate in facility surveys by regulators.
• Communicate necessary information to charge nurses or administrator.
