Job summary

Avamere Queen Anne Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per the resident's assessment and care plan. You will assist residents with daily needs and support participation in activities.

You must hold a WA CNA license, keep CPR/BLS active, and have at least a 10th grade education or higher. Shift options include day, evening and night with every other weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Must have a 10th grade education or above.
• Be a licensed certified nursing assistant in Washington state.
• Active CPR/BLS certification required during employment.
• Passion for caregiving and enhancing resident quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plans.
• Check residents' personal care needs and respond to changes.
• Review care plans and communicate changes to nurses.
• Assist with daily activities and transportation to appointments.
• Create a warm, patient, and cheerful environment.
• Prepare rooms and help residents feel comfortable.
• Participate in facility surveys as required.
