Job summary

The Belmont at Twin Creeks in Allen, TX is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and help ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification is required.
• Ability to perform ADLs and assist with transfers.
• Read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques
• Monitor, observe, and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse
• Accurately document patient care and daily activities in accordance with regulations
• Support and follow individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment
• Ensure medical equipment and devices are clean, charged, and functioning properly
• Participate in shift handoffs, team communication, and ongoing training
• Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and procedures
• Promote patient dignity, independence, and safety at all times
