Belmont at Twin Creeks in Allen, TX is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will provide hands-on patient care in a skilled nursing setting, assist with ADLs, and help ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity during each shift.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Provide direct patient care and assist with ADLs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist transfers, ambulation, and repositioning with safe lifting techniques.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to Charge Nurse.
• Document patient care and daily activities accurately per regulations.
• Follow individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Participate in shift handoffs and team communication.
• Ensure equipment is clean, charged, and functioning properly.
