Mill Creek in Texas is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide hands-on patient care, assist with ADLs, and help ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Able to lift/move patients safely and assist with ADLs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Document patient care and daily activities per regulations.
• Follow individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, infection-controlled environment; check equipment.
• Participate in shift handoffs and team communications; comply with policies.
• Promote patient dignity, independence, and safety at all times.
