Qualifications

• Current registration on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry (or eligible for registration).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Support each resident's individualized care plan.
• Engage residents in social activities and community events.
• Help residents maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.
• Support residents' dignity, comfort, and well-being.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition.
