Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide essential, hands-on care to residents in our skilled nursing community. You’ll support residents’ daily living activities and collaborate with a dedicated care team in a caring, homelike environment.

Earn a starting wage of $16/hour with opportunities for growth, a sign-on bonus of $1,000, and a comprehensive benefits package. This role offers Day/Evening shifts and both full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• CNA certification in the state of employment is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with transfers, lifting, repositioning, and mobility.
• Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition and care provided.
• Support restorative nursing and therapy activities as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, homelike environment for residents.
• Report accidents, incidents, or concerns involving residents, staff, or visitors.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members.
