Good Samaritan is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting under RN supervision. You will assist with daily living tasks, monitor health, and help maintain comfort and dignity for residents.

Compensation includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus, a 36-hour work week with flexible scheduling and added shift differentials for weekends and evenings. Benefits are available for qualifying staff.

Competenze

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Minimum age of 16.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA certification required and provided by facility, or in process of obtaining.

Mansioni

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, meals, mobility, and vital signs.
• Document resident interactions and condition; communicate changes to charge nurse.
• Follow infection prevention and PPE policies; participate in care planning and well-being activities.

Formazione

CNA certification

GED/High school diploma preferred

State CNA certification within four months

Minimum age 16
