Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA certification required and ongoing education credits as applicable.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing) and document care.
• Record vital signs and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Provide psychosocial support and participate in care/service plans.
• Assist with meals, mobility, transfers, and basic nursing tasks as delegated.
