Formación

• Certification and licensure required for CNA role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and assist with physical care of patients including bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding.
• Document patient care and observations in real time.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to licensed nurse promptly.
• Assist in dining, prepare meals, and ensure correct oral intake documentation.
• Transport patients to scheduled therapy appointments.
• Respond to call lights promptly and maintain patient comfort and safety.
