Shifts: 6A-2P, 2P-10P, 10P-6AM; Pay: $15.00–$19.00 per hour; benefits include tuition reimbursement, CEUs, 401k, CareHeroes rewards, flexible scheduling, career growth; required CNA license and CPR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA license and CPR certification required.
• Experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic physical care including bathing, grooming, and assistance with meals.
• Document patient care and observations in real time.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the licensed nurse.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation to therapy appointments.
• Maintain patient rights, privacy, and dignity throughout care.
• Adhere to infection control and safety procedures.
