PureHealth is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our care team and deliver high-quality patient support. The CNA will assist with daily living activities, document in real time, communicate changes to the nurse, and help with dining and mobility, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Successful completion of a state approved Nursing Assistant Certification course.
• Valid state CNA license.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical care including bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, incontinent care, toileting and mobility assistance.
• Document patient care and observations in real time.
• Communicate any changes in patient condition to the Licensed Nurse promptly.
• Assist in dining by preparing residents for meals, serving, and recording oral intakes.
• Transport patients to scheduled therapy appointments and participate in care activities.
• Maintain patient rights, privacy and dignity and support social and clinical care goals.
