Job summary
Collage Nursing and Homecare Partners in Dallas is seeking CNAs to support clients in the Dallas and Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will provide personal care, mobility assistance, and daily living support while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
We offer flexible schedules, free training classes to help meet state CEU requirements, competitive pay of $20 per hour, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. We invest in our caregivers to deliver exceptional patient care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA program completion.
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or in-home care experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Willing to work nights and weekends.
- Commitment to health and safety standards.
- Compassionate and patient-focused care.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal hygiene assistance and basic daily living activities.
- Assist with medications and mobility around the home.
- Support meals and simple physical therapy exercises.
- Run errands and accompany client to appointments.
- Perform light housekeeping and report any issues.
- Respond quickly and safely in emergencies.
- Offer activities essential for daily living as needed.
