Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Owensville, MO is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff and provide compassionate care to our residents. The role focuses on daily living assistance, mobility support, meal service, and accurate documentation in a close-knit senior care environment.

The ideal candidate is a CNA in good standing or a graduate of a state-approved CNA program, with CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Aide in good standing or graduate of a state-approved CNA program with competency exam.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to nurse(s) and other staff as needed.
• Assists resident with Activities of Daily Living per care plans and policies.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transferring.
• Coordinates dining room services during mealtimes, including set-up, delivery, and feeding assistance.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and documents intake; reports weight changes to nurse.
• Maintains weight and skin condition documentation and communicates changes to supervisor.
• Performs toileting program activities and documents progress as directed.
• Keeps nurse informed of factors interfering with tasks.
