Interim HealthCare Staffing in Grand Rapids, MN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. You’ll provide compassionate care in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals, supporting daily activities and monitoring residents’ well‑being.

We offer competitive pay ($26.25–$28.25/hr and up to $58,760/yr), flexible full‑time or part‑time schedules, weekly pay, bonuses, health plans, and ongoing CEUs to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months or more of nursing facility experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and intake/output with accurate records.
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to enhance patient well‑being.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
