Job summary
Interim HealthCare Staffing in Grand Rapids, MN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our flexible, full-time team. Work across nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehab centers, and hospitals, delivering compassionate care with autonomy and support.
We offer competitive pay ($26.25–$28.25/hr), full-time salary potential up to $58,760/yr, weekly pay, bonuses, hazard pay, and comprehensive health and dental plans. Excellent benefits include 401(k) matching and ongoing CEUs.
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota CNA certification.
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Six or more months of experience in a nursing facility (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients in nursing homes, assisted living, rehab centers, and hospitals.
- Assist with daily activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, mobility.
- Monitor vital signs and intake/output; keep accurate records.
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to support patient well-being.
- Observe changes in patient condition and report promptly.
