Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Minnesota.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six or more months of experience in a nursing facility (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients in nursing homes, assisted living, rehab centers, and hospitals.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs, blood glucose, and intake/output with accurate records.
