Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas is required.
• Ability to accurately record information and perform basic clinical procedures.
• Strong communication skills and patient-care mindset.

• Adherence to safety policies and patient rights.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing) following care policies.
• Maintain resident environment: change linens, stock supplies.
• Support mobility with safe transfers and devices.
• Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Assist with positioning for comfort and safety.
• Lead range of motion activities and provide orientation as directed.
