Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide personal care: grooming, bathing, pericare, and dressing per policy.
Maintain resident environment: change linens and stock supplies.
Support mobility: assist to ambulate and transfer using devices.
Record vital information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
Assist with positioning: turn/reposition residents for comfort and safety.
Encourage engagement: lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation.
