Waterside Health & Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care in a skilled nursing facility in Norfolk, VA. You will follow care plans and support residents' physical comfort, emotional well-being, and social needs.

The role offers Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities with shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available for full-time staff and $1,250 for part-time, paid quarterly.

Qualifications

• Must possess current Nursing Assistant registry in good standing in the state of employment.
• High school diploma or GED required; GED guidance available if needed.
• Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility and follow care plans.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and comfort.
