Saber Healthcare Group is hiring a Nursing Assistant in a skilled nursing facility in Norfolk, VA. You will provide direct resident care, support emotional well-being, and follow care plans under supervision.

We offer a $2,500 sign-on for full-time and $1,250 for part-time, daily pay options, and a comprehensive benefits package. Shifts include 7:00am-7:00pm and 7:00pm-7:00am, with opportunities for growth and education through our programs.

Qualifications

• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing.
• We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED or be actively enrolled in a high school program.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment and attend to residents' physical needs and comfort.
• Provide emotional and social support and direct care as assigned per care plan.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and procedures.
• Perform duties as directed by supervisors and community staff.
