Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have current Nursing Assistant registry/certification in the applicable state.
• High school diploma or GED required; GED accepted with guidance to earn diploma.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment and deliver emotional and social support to residents in a SNF setting.
• Perform direct care as assigned per the care plan and supervisor directions.
• Assist with restorative programs and activities to support residents' well-being.
• Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies and facility procedures.
