Waterside Health & Rehab Center in Norfolk, VA is seeking an experienced nurse leader to oversee clinical care delivery in a skilled nursing setting. You will assess residents' needs, develop individualized care plans, supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with current standards and policies.
This leadership role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, flexible pay options including on-demand and weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualificações
- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN.
- Must possess a current CPR certification.
- Must be able to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to supervise nursing staff and work with supervisors.
Responsabilidades
- Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer nursing care and evaluate care quality.
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel per standards.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
