Job summary

HomeWell Care Services is seeking CNAs or caregivers to provide personal care and support to clients in-home or in facilities. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation under supervision. A valid CPR certification, a negative TB test or chest X-ray, and a reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• TB skin test negative or chest X-ray is required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, errands, transportation and taking vital signs.
• Care according to patient’s plan of care, including feeding, meal prep, light housekeeping and transportation.
• Weekend and evening opportunities, in-home and facility-based assignments.
