HomeWell Care Services, Inc. in Michigan is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals for the role of in-home Caregiver. The ideal candidates will assist elderly clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and ensure a safe environment while engaging in social activities.

The position offers weekends, evenings, and opportunities for training and development, all aimed at making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and promoting their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR, First Aid, or CNA certification is a plus.
• Experience with elderly care or individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the care team.
