Job summary

HomeWell Care Services of Salt Lake City is seeking compassionate CNAs and caregivers for 24/7 in-home support. Compensation is $250.00 per day with multiple hours available and potential to earn up to $700 per week or more, depending on schedule and assignments.

We prioritize work-life balance, good pay, and a supportive team. Responsibilities include personal care, bathing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and following the patient’s plan of care under supervision.

Qualifications

• CPR certification and negative TB test or chest X-ray.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, errands, transportation and vital signs.
• Follow the patient’s plan of care, including feeding, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation.
• Work with family and caregivers to maintain patient comfort and safety.

Flexible work schedules on a variety of assignments, procedures, and treatments Weekend and evening opportunities, in-home and facility-based Responsibilities of CNA and Caregiver:

Providing personal care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including but not limited to: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, errands, transportation and taking vital signs.

Providing care according to the patient’s plan of care, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation.

Job Requirements

Requirements for CNA or Caregiver:

• Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
• Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile.
• Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively.
