Job summary

Tidewell Hospice, a member of Empath Health, seeks a caring CNA to support patients in private homes, long‑term care and assisted‑living settings in South Sarasota & Charlotte County on a PRN basis. Shifts are 8 hours, day shift, with a requirement to commit to 64 hours per month.

**Tidewell Hospice**, a member of **Empath Health**, is seeking a caring and motivated CNA to care for patients in private homes, long-term care facilities or assisted-living facilities in the **South Sarasota and Charlotte County** area on a **PRN** basis. This is only required if colleague chooses driving herself/himself as mode of transportation when reassigned to work at another facility. This is not a requirement if the colleague chooses an alternative means of transportation when reassigned to another facility based on business needs. Regardless of the mode chosen, both are at the colleague’s own expense, with the exception of mileage reimbursement eligibility when traveling between facilities while on company time.* One to Three Years of training and/or experience required. One year of experience in a long term care facility strongly preferred.
