Job summary

Avantara Mountain View in Rapid City, SD is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join a friendly, caring, and supportive team. Overnight and weekend differentials are offered, with opportunities to advance and receive tools and encouragement to succeed.

As a CNA you will deliver daily living activities and monitor residents for changes in condition, maintaining a safe environment. We value knowledge, skill, and attention to detail to ensure residents are comfortable and well cared for.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered South Dakota CNA certificate or completion from a SD-accredited CNA program.
• Prior CNA experience preferred but candidates with the right training will be considered.
• Ability to participate in a fast-paced nursing team and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Observe changes in residents' conditions and report to the clinical team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive care environment.
• Support residents to achieve high standards of comfort and well-being.

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of South Dakota Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of South Dakota Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA training course. Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Mountain Viewby performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education.
